Congratulations!!!!

This is certainly great news! Well done! Just as I was about to abandon all hope! I am looking very much forward to using this.

Once again, congratulations!

Hi,

I'm looking forward to this version with the support of suunto devices.
My first impression:

When downloading I have to select a port. I get a couple of options with the suunto option:
- usbseriol-ST000001
- M600ib-1 (I think this is an old usb driver for my Ericsson phone)

When I select usbserial. It says: Cannot connect to sunnto device.
When I select M600ib-1. I can connect and import the entries (18). However at the end it throws an exception:

OutOfBoundsException:
Wnd_AllHRSessions:ShowSessionsSuuntoT6

--
-- Environment:
--
OS: Mac OS X
OS Version: Mac OS X 10.5.7
Physical RAM: 2048MB
Logical RAM: 2048MB

When I restart ismarttrain and select USBserial again I see my entries and can add them to the app. However the latest entries are not added. I don't know if this is related to using a unregistered beta version.

So i run into some difficulties.

I will try tomorrow to drop the M600-drivers and try again.

Cheers,
-Rene

Suunto t3c Support Help

Post by jcueto » Wed Aug 19, 2009 10:27 pm

I try to download a session from my t3c but with no luck so far.

I install the drivers from your site. Then I restart my mac.

The Suunto PC Pod shows in the iSamrttrain port list (SLAB_USBtoUART) and in the device list the SuuntoT3c/T4c. (Really excited at this point).

I Start the PC connection in my t3c (searching PC) and press the OK in the download window but I get the "Could not connect to Suunto Device" message from ismarttrain.

If I leave the message window open the "PC Transfer" message shows in the t3c but nothing else happens.

The "PC transfer" message remains for a little more time once I press the OK to close the ismarttrain message window.

I try different sequences but i get the "no pc conn" message in the t3c

I may be doing something wrong.

Regards

Jose

When I connect the t6 to the mac and start iSmarttrain I show the interface usbserial-ST000001.

Connection to the device is established and downloading the sessions on the 6c starts. During the download of the 17th session (18 in total) the app gives and error: OutofBounds (see above).

After disconnecting the t6 the importwindows show 16 sessions, which can be imported.

Trying several times, the same exception occurs at the same point... bug?

I have deleted the session on the t6 which causes the app to crash. Now it is possible to import all the other sessions.

Stuart, I will mail you the .csv with the above mentioned sessiondata.

CPU problem.

After some while the CPU gets overheated by iSmarttrain.

I haven't seen this before - is this when you're downloading data from your watch?
