Does this help at all?

No, these are from iSMARTtrain (it shouldn't show errors, but thats another story). The messages will be from the system when the PC Pod is plugged in - it'll happen regardless of whether or not iSMARTtrain is running.

Ha!

Try this instead:

Sep 29 21:07:57 Omars-MBP pcscd[1859]: Non-smartcard device launched pcscd [Vendor: 0X10C4, Product: 0X80F6]

This seem to trigger in the system console when I plugged in.

Hmmm... that's the correct Vendor and Product IDs for the PC Pod - let me have a look on my Snow Leopard machine to see if I get any similar messages.

Looks like that's a driver for Smartcard readers - are you using one on your system?

Hi,

I run the beta 8 version and while trying to connect a t3c to the my macbook (snow leopard) the watch says "no pc conn". Are there any further settings that need to be done? I ports mine does not show the SLAB_USBtoUART.kext as I've read and understood that it perhaps should, but instead it shows an iphone connection?! I might have given away at this point that this is over my level of computer knowledge...

Does the iPhone connection only show up when the PC Pod is plugged in?

No, the iphone connection seems to be there even when the pc pod is not connected. Still experiencing the same thing on beta 13.
