Help Please

Post by JohnCHCH » Thu Sep 11, 2008 9:48 am

I have just purchased this program after lookign at many others. i use a garmin forerunner 305 and polar s610i
This program looks like it will log this data and graph it nicely,

BUT

the help complains it does not find some files
the import seems to get the altitude data wrong - like it has a miles/km conversion wrong

the database file is now locked all of a sudden so i cant write any data to it.. how did it get locked and how do i unlock it??

Please help- this program sure looks liek ti has promise and I may just be doing some things wrong..

thanks
John

Hi John,
Which version are you using? Windows or Mac? V2.0.3 or V3.0?

Can you send me one of the files you're importing, please, and I'll have a look at it.

No sure - haven't come across this before - are there any lock files in the same directory as the database file?

Thanks & Regards

Stuart
