I keep getting the error message to "check for the correct port" - I tried all possibilites. I use a Polar S HRM, Keyspan as a serial adapter with the proper driver installed and iSmart's latest version. I use a Macbook Pro likewise with the latest X version. Thanks...

When does this error occur? Once you've selected the port and device and hit the 'OK' button?

Dear Stuart,
It worked - great. Once I opened the new session and clicked on the appropriate Serial and HRM type I had to first click the "Read" button and not the "OK" button and that did the job.
