Re: new hrm?

FWIW my experience was to explore the various virtual routes (VWware, Parallels, Bootcamp) to using Polar. Generally very troublesome and in the end at best possible for download but not upload. I was using S520 via soniclink but needed to upgrade as it was getting old and erratic. Beware the higher...

Re: Latest Polar HRMs useless on Macs?

For what it's worth, Polar doesn't feel much responsibility for PC users either. Even when the IR interface works (about half the time, in my experience) their Precision Performance software is a joke. It's shocking how little effort they put into it. I'm ready to give up on Polar too, which is a s...

Reinstate old database?

Hi Stuart, Can I reinstate a previous version of a database? I carelessly deleted several routes while cleaning up, and realise that it's deleted them all from the current database. Any way to get them back? I'm using Time machine but looking back doesn't seem to load an earlier version of the datab...

Sequencing routes and using previous databease

Hi Stuart, Is it possible to reorder the routes (via Manage Routes)? When I had about 10 routes it didn't matter, but now I've got loads and I can see I'm duplicating some. I'd like to be able to put similar routes together. I like comparing my times over the years, even though it's getting slower a...

Re: Content search - 'Find'

There is a filter function that'll let you filter your rides/runs by distance, routes, etc., but I don't think this is quite what you've got in mind - I'll look into it for a future release. You're right - I do use the filter for route and timings and so on to narrow rides down but sometimes I want...

Content search - 'Find'

Hi Stuart I find after several years of data, it's hard to go back and find particular rides. Any chance of being able to search the main route pain or the Notes pain? I guess a "find" feature that works outside the HRM data. This may have been requested before but I couldn't see it. Lates...

Latest Polar HRMs useless on Macs?

Hi everyone, Why should I buy another Polar HRM? I've been using a S520 for several years but it's getting unreliable. I want to use CS600X or even 800 because I need the altitude readings. Has anyone got a positive experience using a recent Polar HRM on mac? (I'm on MacbookPro OS 10.6.3 and so far ...

Re: Only 3 HR zones in summary

Hi Stuart,

Just to clear this one up, the problem disappeared when I graduated from the beta version. :D

Thanks

Re: Snow Leopard

Hi there. Yes, as far as I can see it's working fine with OSX 6.1.. I was asked to (re)register - as if it was a new program, and it then asked me to choose where the data was. I did this and it loaded the data, but unfortunately I now have most sessions duplicated, but not all. So slightly confused...
