I am experiencing the same on this version and the most recent update. With the further issue that I get the error: "bash: /Applications/iSMARTtrain.app/Contents/MacOS/S410BSD: Permission denied" and I am unable to download any data. using a new MacBookPro MacOSX 10.6.3, old MBP worked fin...

okay.. here's what I did, uploaded a session, and recalculated TRIMPs (after a recent update the TRIMPs are no longer calculated on import, so recalculating all the sessions was the only way to see the TRIMPs and HR zones). The most important thing here that I've found is to do a trial run while in settings and to adjust the gain until you get plenty of green bars but no red bars. The wake up call for me was that you can't just peg the gain and go, you may have to turn the gain down depending on how you hold the HRM to...
